1. Why we are collecting your information

Cercare Medical uses personal information in order to provide the services in correlation with requests that were made while providing us with such information.

If you have signed up to receive updates from us or subscribed for a campaign, you can unsubscribe any time or request your data to be deleted.

3. How long we keep your data

Generally, we retain your personal information for 3 years after the termination of your contract.

Salesforce

We use Salesforce to store our contact data. We do it to optimize our website, marketing campaigns, and performance as well as provide you with requested products and services. You can always request to review and/or delete your information. Read Salesforce privacy policy for more information.

HubSpot

We use HubSpot to store our contact data. You can always request to review and/or delete your information. We also use HubSpot to send out marketing emails about our company, solutions, events and other relevant information. Every email has an unsubscribe link so you can opt-out at any time. We use Zoom to provide our webinars. We use Zoom for webinar registrations, sending out registration confirmation, reminders, and, sometimes, post-webinar follow-up.
